Music has been a form of art for centuries, and it is one that will always be appreciated. For those who have the talent to create music, they can take comfort in knowing that their effort will not go unnoticed. The best way for artists to get noticed is by being able to produce quality work consistently over time; with this in mind, musicians should keep practicing and never give up on their dreams.

In the past, music was seen as a way to communicate with God and share one’s feelings or beliefs. Nowadays, it is used in many different ways and it seems like every day there are new styles being created. Making your own music can be hard if you don’t know how to play an instrument or write lyrics. Luckily, there are lots of websites out there that offer tutorials on how to make great sounding tracks without all the hassle!

Classical music is typically associated with the upper classes and high society. Pop music, on the other hand, is usually considered to be a lower class form of music. But what if we are all wrong? What if there was no difference between classical and pop because they both have their own merits?  

Classical music is often performed by orchestras and typically has a more somber sound. Pop music, on the other hand, usually features a lead vocalist backed up by instruments like guitars or pianos. Classical pieces are often written for specific times of day, such as morning or evening.

I just wanted to take a moment and talk about how important it is to listen with an open ear. I know that not everyone will have the same opinion on the subject, but I feel like listening is one of the most important things you can do in any situation. It’s so easy to get caught up in your own thoughts or feelings and forget what other people are trying to say, but really taking a step back from yourself can really help put things into perspective. Whether it be at work, home life, friendships, etc., try putting more emphasis on listening than speaking and see if anything changes!

The phrase “don’t judge a book by its cover” has been around for decades. It’s become such an overused cliché that people barely think about the meaning before they say it, but do you really know what the phrase means?  The saying in itself is simple enough, but if you stop and really think about it – how can we not judge something when judging is all we do as humans?  Every day of our lives we are constantly making judgments: who to talk to at lunch; which clothes to wear; what our favorite color is. We make these judgments based on our own personal preferences or because someone tells us that one thing is better than another.
