I recently came across a very interesting video about the “three levels of awareness” and how they differ based on your mindset. Apparently, this is something that many people struggle with due to where they are at in life.
This video, along with the other first person narrative videos I’ve seen from leadingham, really shows how these three levels of awareness work. It’s like being in a game of chess and it’s not just about the board, it’s about the position your pieces have in the board.
We’re in a state where we’ve been trained to think that the world is a place we have control over, but we’re also trained to think that we’re in a state of permanent suspension. So we think, “If I take this action or not, then I won’t be doing anything good.” We think, “If I don’t do this, I’ll be doing something bad.
The problem is that we were in a state of suspension, or in a state of temporary suspension. We were convinced that the world was a place we had control over and were also convinced that the world is a place that we can control. However, if we were in that permanent state of suspension, we would have no idea what our actions would do. So when we’re in a state of suspension we think, I can do whatever I want, whether I like it or not.
In our state of suspension we believe that we have no power. All we have are our thoughts and emotions. Our thoughts are the only things that have power. When we think about something, we believe it, and when we believe something, we act upon it. Our actions are always based on what we believe instead of the world around us.
But when you’re in a state of suspension, you’re often not even aware that you’re in a state of suspension. Like if you’re in a state of suspension, you’re completely unaware of the fact that you’re in a state of suspension. When you’re suspended, you don’t even know if you’re in a state of suspension or not.
One way to be in a state of suspension is to not pay attention to the world around you. You should learn to look out for the one thing that has the ability to interrupt your suspension and take it away. We all have things that have the ability to interrupt our suspension, like the phone ringing, or the door opening, or the dog barking, and we don’t even realize it.

You can think of these things as the “suspension” of a person or a group. If you are a group of people who are trying to accomplish a mission, such as your business, you may be experiencing a “suspension” or a “time-loop”. In a non-suspension state, you are all together and your mission is accomplished, but if you are experiencing a suspension, you are all together and you have to move forward.
Suspensions are usually very short-lived, but in some cases even a very short suspension can cause you to experience a time-loop. This is because if you are not experiencing time-loops (or even if you are experiencing them for a very short time), you are not experiencing your suspension.
