This week I would like to invite you to step forward and embrace the power of the three levels of self-awareness.
Every time you think someone is judging you harshly, just remember that your own judgment can be very harmful. If you are having a bad day, or you are feeling down, just take a moment to breathe and notice if you are in fact experiencing a day like a hundred years ago when the world was a much more fair place. If you are feeling happy or excited, and your heart is singing a happy song, you would be doing yourself a lot of good.
When we are feeling good we tend to focus on the good things in life to the exclusion of all the bad. We often say things like “I’m so happy” or “I’m so busy” when we are experiencing a good day.
We all have bad days. It’s only in those bad days that we can really focus on the important things in life and make a difference in the world. So instead of just taking some time to be happy, try to make the most of those bad days. You could try to make positive changes in your life by getting out, having a good time, and talking to others about what you have learned.
This is a great tip for people who are having a bad day, but they don’t know where to go or what to do. Instead of just taking it, try to figure out what you need to do to fix it. That way you’ll have something positive to focus on instead of sadness and regret.
It’s also good for people who want to feel a little more positive about their lives. This is because you want to make the most out of the bad days, and there’s a certain amount of satisfaction you don’t get from just being happy. Instead, try to take them in small steps and see what happens. In the end, you might not be happy with what you gain from making the most of bad days, but that’s okay.
I’ve talked about the importance of not getting caught up in your bad days, and it’s not that hard to avoid them. But you have to look at your bad days as an opportunity to make the most out of them, and that takes work. Most people who are on a bad day focus on the negative things on their bad days. It’s a good strategy to use whenever you can to avoid making the same mistake over and over again.
