Another good news for vegans is that most of the vegan foods available on the market are gluten-free.
The good news is that the vegan options that are gluten-free can also be made into “code red lifestyle food”. This is basically a food that tastes good with meat (so it can be used as a meat substitute) but is just as delicious and makes a great lunch or dinner. Since it is a liquid, it can be added to any dish you want to cook that is made with meat.
