I love photographing black and white scenes as they can be so quiet and peaceful, but it is also a form of therapy. I find it therapeutic to take a break from my everyday life and find a peaceful place of reflection.
It’s important to remember that we are all dealing with something that we don’t always understand. What I like about black and white is that it’s very subtle. It’s like looking at yourself in a mirror, you see yourself clearly with the light filtered through your eyes only. This can be a great tool for self-reflection, and can help you to see your reactions as your own.

The truth is that we have our own issues that need to be dealt with. We have a lot of psychological problems that we need to deal with. This is not a problem we need to be obsessed about. However, if we are so obsessed with dealing with problems, that we ignore the real problems that exist, then its an even bigger problem.
All that said, I do believe that there are some real problems out there that we have not yet identified. For some, there may not be as many problems as we think there are. But I also don’t believe that all problems are created equal so we need to take stock of things we haven’t been able to understand or fix.
There are some problems that would be extremely difficult to fix and have no solution, such as black and white depression. You can definitely look into this type of problem if you’re interested in more information but I can’t speak to what other people think about this type of problem. There are those whose depression is caused by severe pain or depression, and there are those other people who don’t have depression, but have a real medical problem that is causing them to not be productive.
